Return Process

  Contact our support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all tools, hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
